They awaken us to new understanding with the passing whisper of their wisdom. Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon. They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints in our hearts, and We are never, ever the same. This is a page where we share our feelings and inspirations. It is my hope that some of the material on this page will conjure up many feelings, hopefully more good than bad.	Natural Highs Falling in love. Laughing so hard your face hurts. A hot shower. No lines at Wal-Mart. A special glance. Getting mail. Taking a drive on a pretty road. Hearing your favorite song on the radio. Lying in bed listening to the rain outside. Hot towels out of the dryer. Chocolate milkshake. (or vanilla!) A long distance phone call from an old friend. A bubble bath. Giggling. A good conversation. A quiet day at the beach. Finding a $20 bill in your coat from last winter. Laughing at yourself. Midnight phone calls that last for hours. Running through sprinklers. New slippers. Looking at the snow from a warm house. Laughing for absolutely no reason at all. Having someone tell you that you're beautiful. Laughing at an inside joke. Friends. Accidentally overhearing someone say something nice about you. Waking up and realizing you still have a few hours left to sleep. Making new friends or spending time with old ones. Having someone play with your hair. Sweet dreams. Hot chocolate. Road trips with friends. Swinging on swings. Wrapping presents under the Christmas tree while eating cookies and drinking eggnog. Making eye contact with a cute stranger. Winning a really competitive game. Making chocolate chip cookies. Having your friends send you homemade cookies. Spending time with close friends. Seeing smiles and hearing laughter from your friends. Holding hands with someone you care about. Running into an old friend and realizing that some things (good or bad) never change. Watching the reaction on someone's face as they open a much desired present from you. Watching the sunrise. Seeing your child smile. Your pet greeting you at the front door. Watching an aquarium. A compliment from a stranger. Staring at the stars. Fresh warm bread. Finding another french fry at the bottom of the bag. The cherry on a sundae. You've got Mail! Having someone rub your back. Getting out of bed every morning and thanking God foranother beautiful day.
	This touches me; it helps to keep that light glowing when times are not so good. I hope it helps you too. The Guest House By Rumi This being human is a guest house Every morning a new arrival. The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing, And invite them in. Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.
